Hacker's Diet
I've been doing this diet/exercise program for the past 3 years - initially to get from 40-lbs overweight (180 lbs) to the normal range for my height (143-148 lbs), then to maintain it there.

@Anonymous - Life changer. I'm still doing my 15 mins daily exercise when I can. Weight is still within range. I don't record my weight, but I step on the scales each morning.
