Constrained Cooking #2: Pizza Rice
Continuing our theme of microwave cooking with limited ingredients, suppose that you have a nice slab of cheese but no bread. You also have tomato sauce and rice. What could be better than combining the three ingredients, heating, and seeing what comes out?
I call it "pizza rice" because it kind of tastes like pizza.

Jon, I am seriously concerned about your dietary habits. I thought I was bad, but you have taken things to an all new low!
Perhaps you could start experimenting with fruits and vegetables rather than covering everything with cheese!

All it needs is a microwaved frankfurter and it would be just like the frozen dinners I keep around for empty fridge emergencies (although fresher!)
