Connecting two bloggers who don't know each other
Recently I've been scobleizing (reading lots of) blogs written by people in my city, and occasionally I see interesting connections and recurring themes. For example, Shannon from Victoria mentioned that she was going to be reading Life of Pi, and five hours earlier Mikey from Victoria mentions enjoying Life of Pi. So I left a comment on both people's blogs, telling each about the other.
We need a good buzzword for playing the role of connector in the local blogosphere. How about blognecting ... nah.
How about "nectaring"?

Another connection I found was two bloggers from Victoria who are passionate about cycling: Jeff Werner and Dave Noisy

Yet another connection was Jarrett Plonka from Victoria who was looking for a job, and Ginna Dowler of the same political persuasion who I thought might know of relevant employment. Not sure how this one turned out though.

It's a very important role: it keeps the system churning. Connectors are important in all situations.
I like "conblogging", but I think it might give the wrong impression. Perhaps a simple "crossblogging" might serve best. :)
