The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell
Gladwell's description of a "Maven" sounds so like me: "What sets them apart is that once they figure out how to get that deal, they want to tell you about it too ... 'They like to be helpers in the marketplace. They distribute coupons. They take you shopping. They go shopping for you' ... 'A Maven is someone who wants to solve other people's problems, generally by solving his own'."
