Trick for finding attributes without descriptions (Oracle Designer)
1. Generate an Entity and Attributes report as HTML
2. Open the HTML in Excel. Save it as an Excel spreadsheet.
3. Open the spreadsheet in MS Access. Write a query to return records with Formats but without Descriptions.
