Ken - I found a great workaround for this annoying dialog. If you're
using Windows, download the freeware Push The Freakin' Button 1.06.3.
Then the next time the annoying dialog appears, double-click PTFB and
drag the finger over the OK button -- PTFB will auto-close it from now
on!

NOTE: Because the dialog does not use standard Windows widgets, when
dragging the PTFB finger over the OK button, hold down BOTH mouse
buttons, not just the left mouse button. This tells PTFB to push the
button by coordinate.
